Call for Papers


In preparation for the next issue of Meta-communicate, the Editorial Board of Meta-Communicate of the Department of Communication Studies asks that Communication Studies Major of Junior or Senior standing submit an original research paper for possible publication for the Spring 2016 issue of the e-journal. Papers must deal with a topic of communication broadly defined, must be theoretical, critical, or data driven. Papers must be submitted via email to chapmanmeta@gmail.com no later than April 30, 2016. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the Editorial Board, and authors will be notified of their submission status.


Submission Guidelines


When submitting a paper to Meta-communicate, please adhere to these submission requirements:


  • Submission must be a Microsoft Word document, one-inch margins, double-spaced, Times New Roman and 12-point font
  • Please follow the APA format guidelines for the entire paper, including title page, citations, reference page, etc.
  • Electronic copy must be sent via email to chapmanmeta@gmail.com.
